Supergrass, Exeter Lemon Grove, 5th June 2008
My one previous visit to the Lemon Grove was to see Radiohead in 92/93 sometime, makes you feel old! An almost birthday treat for Ange.

Dad's parachute jump has also made it to the front page of the Higher and Lower Tale community website - TaleX - I didn't know such a thing existed. I've emailed the owner and asked them to put in a link to Dad's sponsorship page.

didn't happen on Friday, but it's not too late to sponsor him at his Just Giving website, should now be taking place this Thursday, weather permitting.
Running commentary
I appear to be in compensation mode. Went out twice with Ange in June, doing 1.8 miles (~18mins) on 2nd June and 2.8 miles on the 23rd (~30mins). I then did 4.25 miles on my own on 25th (36-something over the 3.5 mile timed section) and again today (no times).
