Runs

* route 1 last done in 1985-ish - I'm sure some of the boys behind me took a short-cut because I definitely wasn't the last boy in my year home
* route 2 done once in 1985? - Mr. Jones took walked us around it - never actually had "the opportunity" to run it
* route 3 done once in Jan 1995(?) - 11 minutes total - ached for a week - vowed never to bother again
* route 4 - 3rd Jan 2007 - with C. - approx 25 minutes - ran approx 60 % of time, pleasantly surprised by how far I got
* route 4a - 10th Jan 2007 - with C. - approx 20 minutes - ran approx 80 % of time, managed to get to Vaughan Rd without walking at all, walked two stretches only
* route 4a - 17th Jan 2007 - alone, C. on hoiday - no idea of time - ran approx 90 % of time, managed to get to first bus stop on Thornpark Rise without walking at all, walked to top of hill only, heel started to come off A.'s running shoes
* route 4a - 24th Jan 2007 - alone, C. recovering from cold - 24 minutes total - ran approx 90 % of time, managed to get to top of Thornpark Rise without stopping, 18 minutes of running, had to walk for a bit on the top of Thornpark Rise to recover from the ascent, first outing in my new running shoes
